EBL Sample Holder For SEMs

Designed for SEMs with an X,Y stage range of 50mm. Includes Faraday cup, Resolution Standard, and Magnification Calibration Standard. Samples are held in place by 3 spring-grade Beryllium Copper clips and tapered brass flat bars on an aluminum base. Sample sizes can range from 5mm to over 15mm, with a maximum thickness of 2mm. The major benefit of this sample holder for EBL applications is that the Faraday cup and standards can be set at the same focal plane as the sample, thereby maximizing EBL performance.
