There are several options available for SEMTech Solutions service contracts, from three standard plans to completely customizable plans, all of which cover travel, labor and expenses. In addition, STS maintenance agreements offer these benefits:
Per Diem Plans provide a response time within 5 business workdays.
Preventive Maintenance Plans provide important retention and functional checks at regular intervals to ensure optimum performance. Response time for emergency visits is within 3 business workdays. Regular routines are scheduled in advance.
Full Coverage Plans cover all parts except consumables with response time within 2 business workdays.
