Recent SEM Highlight: LEO 1560 FE-SEM

We recently installed a LEO 1560 FE-SEM (field emission SEM) at a company that supplies thin film, vacuum, and microwave products. The system will be used to qualify their processes.

A few details from the project:

• Updated with the ZEISS SmartSEM software package
• Installation + on-site training were completed within one week
• Work was done by our in-house team (including former ZEISS engineers)
