Scintillator – XL Series

Scintillators are an integral part of the SEM’s detection system that converts an electron beam’s energy into visible light signals, which can then be processed to form a SEM image. Our Scintillator XL Series is coated with a fine layer of P47 phosphor (yttrium silicate activated with cerium), known for its high signal output and durability.
